So I Have a Dog!
 

Have had rather a strange week, about a month ago, a young kid started talking to me who was keen on getting involved in the industry, I explained to him about licenses etc before u do anything, he had told me that he had bought shares in a syndicated dog, just getting broken in, apparently he wasn't too flash trailed 25.15 at bendigo, so the syndicate wasn't that interested anymore, unbeknown to me in the mean time this kid had told the syndicate manager that he would take the dog on find a trainerand so on.

So the syndicate manager flies the dog to tassie for him to pick up, problem is he doesn't show, no one does, so poor old budgie (the dog) goes to a boarding kennel, the next day I get a ph call from jetpets about a dog that I neglected to pick up and for the last day they have been trying to find out who the dog was going to.

In the meantime, I pick up the dog, cause I felt bad for him, tried to get in contact with the kid and could only manage to get the parents to speak to me, who they tell me the kid knows nothing and wants nothing to do with him, so now here I am with this poor little fella in my kennel that I now have ownership of, seriously, who does that kind of thing!


So I have decided to start a little thread for budgie!

Well he is defiantly pretty happy here, had a run around Hobart, went alright, few problems we need to iron out tho

is the old tca ground still going
or do they race elsewhere in hobart

I take it ur not living here anymore? Haven't been at the TCA for years, moved to the showgrounds and now we at elwick turned into tricode and it's crap, not good for the dogs at all, been there about 4 years now

still got relo's over in glenorchy and brighton
my aim is to move back one day

Hasn't got a race name yet, his 17 months so we will send them off shortly will mostly likely be kyzabob, kennel name was buddy but we changed it to budgie lol we already have a buddy, Brighton and mangalore are def the places to move to if u want dogs over here
