Default Slater

I am after peoples thoughts on Slater as a sire.

Would you use him on the right bitch?

Has he done or not done enough in regards to litters already whelped and results to warrant going with him?

Slater now a proven sire with plenty winners on tab and city. I Just bred a solve the puzzle bitch to him mid july last year, she had 9 healthy pups that are 6 months old now and looking great. My Bitch is a group winner and proven producer and I really think he is a good match. Anyway I would definately recommend him to you as he is going good and charmer lodge are fantastic to deal with. Anyway here is a link to see how his progeny is going. cheers Dougie

Thanks for the link Dougie, interesting to see his weekly winners.

Have heard both positive and negative towards him but when it comes down to it, it's the bloody same with every sire in this crazy game !

Still not convinced that certain lines click or don't click, I personally think it's the luck of the draw if you get 1 or 2 good ones out of the litter.

Keep us informed of your Slater's progress.

Default Dont be afraid to take a chance

I have one that won 6 in a row all on tab tracks . he is our first slater pup, and is very impressive time wise running the best of the night most times.
Hopefully he will be heading up to the Tweed for the Galaxy.

Sounds like he is like the majority of sires, some litters have a few than can run and some don't.
