Brother fox - promises free litter

My consecutive set of stud books runs out at #33 which is 1984, so I am asking if anyone can tell me what was the complete list of those greyhounds with registered names in the famous Brother Fox - Promises Free litter which included Amerigo Man, West Cape and Walkabout Sid. I know there was another one called Fortune Bay who could trial extremely fast times (break track records) but due to injury never raced and then incurred an injury relevant to his stud prospects. Also was there another litter produced by these two greyhounds?

Here is all of Promises Free's offspring from greyhound data

That's fantastic thanks Dougie. I will have to get into using this "greyhound-data" site. I thought that Carnival Boy was one of the litter and also Jet Cruiser but Bogenfel was an extra one of which I had heard but did not realise he was part of the litter. Carnival Boy, if my recollection is correct, ran a track record at Dapto in a maiden. It was a heat of a very big maiden race at Dapto. I was definitely there for the final but I am sure Carnival Boy did not win it. The winner was another Pringle dog, Tokyo something??? I think. The Pringles, they had such fast dogs. I remember my then brother-in-law who had extremely good connections at Mudgee, telling me about what were thought to be "flyers" trialling in the low 25s at Mudgee but that the Pringle greyhounds like Monkey Jill would come across and run unbelievable time, clearly under 25 (24.8?). They certainly put another perspective on what was a fast greyhound.

Dougie you're good. The greyhound-data site is useful but I did put some names in that did not come up, that is, came up as unknown, including a current successful brood bitch. I will try again.

Hey YUTHAPINABOY, Sometimes that happens when Dogs are not on Greyhound Data. I sometimes add dogs myself as per racebooks or GRV E-Dog Form. The reason for this is that my dogs when they win or run a place i add their race to database. More people add the more complete it could be, but we will be forever adding dogs. cheers Dougie :)

Heavens Dougie I did not realise that the "user" was so involved in the operation of the database. I will need to have a good look at it in the early New Year. By the way Dougie have a good Xmas and New Year and many thanks for your very significant contribution to the Forum.

Thanks YUTHAPINABOY for those kind words. I just really enjoy helping people with updating them with the latest information about upcoming group races and anything to with Greyhound Racing and Sports. I hope you have a great christmas and happy new year. cheers Dougie :):):):)

Yuth,
Fortune Boy could run alright but was hopeless according to good mate Jeff holland who actually owned him.
Regards
Rod

Thanks Rob for this input about Fortune Bay. When you say he was "hopeless" was he a bit of a non-chaser and/or useless in a field. I have always wondered about this dog who I believed and you have confirmed, could really run.
