Im glad that the answers have helped you a bit, but as you said experience is the key, you will probably learn alot the first time you get bloods done on the dogs, and then you can share your experience's :). good luck mate, ill have to try and catch up with you at angle park sometime :) |

I wouldnt say that it is too much, 4ml daily is the recommended dosing level. which is a smidge under a teaspoon.
There are other factors too look at like what meats are being fed to the dog, but as I said the real way to know for sure that the dog is right is to get a blood test and know positively what the levels are. Also as I said before the dog will pass anything deemed excess to its needs, unless it is massively oversaturated with iron and cant get rid of it fast enough. |
