Race 5 MACRO MEATS ZOOM TOP
Type: S/E Group 2 Distance : 725 Metres Time: 08:15PM
Irinka Samuel, Gunnadoo Magic and Dana Lou Lou were slow out. Irinka Samuel and Gunnadoo Magic collided on the first turn. Dana Lou Lou checked off the heels of Gunnadoo Magic in the front straight. Kulu Spirit and Tayza collided approaching the third turn checking Kulu Spirit. Dana Lou Lou and Fallen Zorro collided on the third turn. Kulu Spirit and Fallen Zorro collided on the third turn.
Kulu Spirit was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained right calf and left wrist injuries, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Fallen Zorro was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained left back muscle and right fibula injuries, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Race 6 MACRO MEATS ROOKIE REBEL
Type: S/E Group 2 Distance : 600 Metres Time: 08:45PM
Mantra Lad, Sandy On Target, Black Ruler and Menado were slow out. Eluthra and Coulta Sky collided soon after the start. Black Ruler checked off the heels of Eluthra approaching the first turn. Mantra Lad, Eluthra, and Coulta Sky collided on the first turn checking Eluthra and Menado. Mantra Lad checked off the heels of Bo Frazier on the second turn. Sandy On Target, Black Ruler, Eluthra and Menado collided on the second turn. Sandy On Target checked off the heels of Mantra Lad approaching the home turn.
Mantra Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right calf injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Race 8 MACRO MEATS TEMLEE
Type: S/E Group 1 Distance : 525 Metres Time: 09:45PM
Queen Lauryn was slow out. Scull Murphy and Nitro Burst collided approaching the first turn checking Queen Lauryn. Nitro Burst crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Scull Murphy and severely checking Stoner Bale who stumbled as a result. Fedex, Hanify's Impact and Regal Thyme collided approaching the first turn checking Hanify's Impact. Hanify's Impact checked off the heels of Nitro Burst on the home turn.
Stoner Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Samples were taken from the placegetters -
El Galo (1st), Fedex (2nd) and Queen Lauryn (3rd).

I know the dog went @12 lengths off what he should run on the night, he was untouched and didn't look injured to me in his stride. Lets see if he runs again in the next week or two...if he does he couldn't have been injured on the night.

I see Mantra Lad is entered for Cannington this saturday night, He must have made a quick recovery from his injuries and had time to get fit enough to race and travel from one side of the country to the other. Will he break 31 seconds?
