Horse Racing Courses

Anyone know of any good horse racing courses
I'd like to learn about the business

I've got a bunch of good books but I want to also learn from someone who knows the whole procedure

You know, class, fitness, speed, form, etc..

Why dont you volunteer at a local track. There is so much more you can learn from picking up shit, hosing down horses and just being around the track then you ever will form any book.
