Top special was a lightly raced city winning bitch from the Pringle line. She had 21 starts for 6 wins, 3 seconds and 2 thirds, winning twice at the Meadows. She was also a accomplished coursing bitch and was crowned the 2005 coursing bitch of the year

In this day with the steriod debate you want your pups coming from strong chasers and that is what Top Special was, a ferious chaser as seen on the circle and on the coursing scene who had the ability to win races by leading and coming from behind. She was Strong.
