Since being in Victoria has had record of 12 Starts for 6 placings and she still has a great start/money earning record. Despite this tenacious chaser being in the money 50% of the time, common sense says to move away from Victoria and thats what we will do, take to NSW or TAS to race over the 400's there.

Having early pace and led first split in most races she will find it a lot easier to win in NSW/TAS just as she did in QLD.

Well i've got my share looks like a good one thats for sure

Honcho Missy was a good little bitch, bred out of my best brood Mystification. I reared, broke in and trained Mystification to win 9 races for me and then bred all those litters with her. She was a terrific goldmine producer for me as every litter she had, her pups were either TAB or city class, a city winner in almost every litter, Group placegetters/finalists, a track record holder (Future Title won 29 races and broke the Goulburn track record, he was from Mystification's first litter that I bred out of my suburban backyard, only 3 pups survived to the racetrack.)

Wish I could have her bloodlines back as I sold every pup I had in each litter, keeping only one dog which I put to stud years ago.

Also heard you got Honcho Missy checked by Richie up at Northern Rivers :)

MISS HALLUCINATE pulled up tonight @ Shepparton. Stewards Report for this race arn't up yet. Hopefully to all concerned the injury isn't too serious.

Some bad news Im afraid
Gretel Passed Away after the race - the vet and stewards are baffled at this stage as the greyhound was perfectly healthy before the race.
Sad, Sad day...
Out of respect for the syndicate all updates will be kept to our forums for now but what I can say is the greyhound passed away quickly.

Autopsy has found a ruptured vein leading to the kidney caused by the check in the race which lead her to bleed to death whilst on the vets table

Yanga Virus was slow out.
Star Rambler, Yanga Virus and Miss Hallucinate collided on the first turn severeley checking Miss Hallucinate.
Hussy's Hound checked off the heels of Lady Pawnee approaching the home turn.
Miss Hallucinate pulled up on the home turn.
Miss Hallucinate was vetted following the event. During the examination the greyhound became unsteady and passed away.
The club veterinary surgeon attempted to but was unable to obtain a swab sample.
The stewards directed that an autopsy be preformed the following morning to determine cause of death.


Sorry to hear the sad news Brad. My thoughts are with you and the connections. Sounds like a freak accident.
