haha sure do. They will probably start throwing match's within the next few rounds. Although they dont need to they will be beaten anyways.

Carlton would have been accused of tanking if they had got beaten the way Port did when they played Brisbane.

Its an interesting Year. I am a lions supported and think we may just make finals. After the last quarter last week we could go pretty well over the next few years. God i love Leigh Matthews!!!

I was never a big wrap for travis johnston either but after a weeks its clear he is going to be a much better player for us. His delivery has been terrific.

I have also made a point of watching carlton lately as i used to love ratten and hope he becomes a super coach. And i must say i like the look of them. Judd is playing fairly well but he gives others confidence. Fevola is on fire, stevens is getting back to match fit and a few of their young fellas are going great guns. Gibbs is going to be a great player and kreuzer is going to win a brownlow some day surely!!! I have never seen anyone step into footy and do as much ruck work and seem so comfortable. Even has been going back with the flight of the ball.

Which bring to the wooden spoon. Any money not put on melbourne is gone. They are the spooners for sure. They have no drive from the centre anymore, no forwards, and no decent backs. Jeff White tries but has always been patchy. Robertson is ok but you can't build a forward line around him. They are a team of half VFL quality guys. The bigger question is how long can they survive?? With the presure to extend the comp and the thought of north going to the gold coast i'd think the D's are in big strife.

There infastucture is crap, they have no money, no players, historically low members and long history of only being so so. They always have one good year followed by a poor one. I went through this with Fitzroy. I reckon the writing is on the wall just like it was with us. Put it this way. I don't see collingwood or Essendon selling a home game to brisbane every year like Melbourne do!!!

Rant over LOL
