In VIC when you want to put a dog down you need a Vet certificate to say it was done humanely and for what reason you put the dog down!! Is this not the case in NSW???? I don't want to sound pompus but in VIC dog racing is run with an iron fist and we are all the better for it! What they need to do is start handing out some life bans or Gaol time and we'll see if they get the message or not!!! That goes for Tassie also. Its the problem with society today, too many weak pricks who won't make the hard calls!!!
