Race 8 at Albion Park, Tombstone Jack will win and win very impressively. Drawn to perfection in the pink, he can cover extra ground and still win. He is clearly the classest dog in the race by a long shot.

Race 8 at Sandown. Galba Jack makes me nervous. No doubting his ability obviously, but he is one dimensional. He needs to lead to win his races. If he doesnt lead to the first marker and lead clearly you can throw your ticket away. Tonight, he has to cross Allen Zander, Kilrush, Manuel Bale and Gioves Thunder who showed scintillating pace when run down by Fedex a few weeks ago. This is going to prove to be a hard task. Bookie then gambler on this one.

In relation to tombstone jack, I agree he is the best dog in the race, but as we all know the best dog does not always win. The 3,4,5 all use plenty of the track, which will not help the dogs drawn outside them...The red should lead, the 3 has enough early speed to run cover for the 2 inside dogs. Can see the 2 driving up first turn and being not far off them, and he is very strong and he is flying.

As for galba jack , The only dogs I have going with it early are the 1 and 2...more likely the 1..I have a theory on kilrush pinging better from wide draws..Allen zander is a 5.30 dog at best, galba can go 5.10 early, and I love these quick beginners carving across from outwide. Your right he has to lead or at worst be right on the reds shoulder, who I think is going ordinary. Manuel bale lost me a while back, very hard dog to catch.

I really like cronin state tonight at albion park, wish kallan bale was starting, but still think it will win.

Well you were right about galba, didnt see first sectional time but I am sure galba jack was well off what it has been jumping. Allen zander actaully has great wide box form, probably overs at 20-1, although it did look like he would get lost with the hot speed i race. I am very glad I have sacked manuel bale, was entitled to win. One to keep in memory bank is kilrush not jumping form inside, he might get away with it in average races but not in FFA company.

Well with 2 races left down about 8 units...Happens from time to time. Some no luck, some just went lengths slower then they can, have to look at the tapes closely, see if there were reasons. My banned diary definitely got a work out tonight!!! haha. I think my worst 2 nights in last few weeks both thursdays, obviously the even racing attributes to that, especially sandown, which I think is the most open racing in Australia. My bad..6 units, and only about 4-4.5 now with 1 to go, which lost as we speak haha, another who misses start tonight. Well I will take only being few units down on a frustrating night like tonight and to look at it another way its really 1 winner or 2 faves. Have set myself a mental rule not to get too involved in thursdays, although my strike rate at dapto is fantastic. Will give some early thoughts for big races on sat night tomorrow see if we can find some overs pre post

No luck so far, barniks runs 4th and jarvis 3rd with of cause ntd! Copped a lil check when leaders jammed early, cost it 2nd at least.

Frustration with another 4th...birthday boy ran a mighty race to come form last, thought he was going to find the fence in front of the 9 early, would have been right in the finish.
