Default Nightingale Thoroughbreds

I have taken legal action to stop the debt collectors from putting a default action on my credit record. Please do not sit on your hands with this. You MUST reply and dispute the claims. Your Horse went to another trainer with out your knowledge is good enough for a dispute. The most you can re coupe in legal action is $600.00, the most He can get off you is $600.00 plus legal cost. Now that Nightingale has been warned off He can no longer profit from racing in NSW. post this off to your legal firm, No more action will occur.

Hi Guys,

Should I pay next months fee's even though my horse has been in the paddock for a year and I recieve very little if any updates on his progress? Did anyone here see the artical in the Newcastle Herald about other owners taking action?

I did see the article. Keep an eye out for Friday's Newcsatle Herald for a story (in Geoff Wilson's column) and a contact name to discuss options.
He's a mate of mine and I have a couple of horses with him.

No, Turbo, I wasn't with Nightingale. I'm with Novocastrian Racing who will be the contact referred to in Friday's paper.

Been in operation 3 years, 9 horses. Rod Ollerton & Barry Lawrence trained.

2 x unraced 2yo's - Shaft x Doubtful Direction & Dane Shadow filly.
1 x unraced 3yo - Dinsdale - Commands x Emmy.
1 x unraced 3yo filly put down - Galileo filly.

Love My Way - 4 starts unplaced - coming back from knee chips should improve.
Hussonet Rose - 12 starts 3 2nds & 4 3rds - $9800-
Mighty Madeline - 2 starts, 4th on debut
Medowie Angel - 23 starts 0:2:3 $7,300 - had for 15 starts.
Zentastic - 15 starts 2 wins, 1 2nd & a 3rd $9,500 had for 7 starts 1 win & 3rd onsold.

They are just starting to get a few going to the races after a slow start.

Angry Stratana

I hope he offloaded his shares before todays win.

Performing pretty well for a horse Dumb & Dumber couldn't handle.

I'm interested if anyone wants to start a class action them

I only lost a couple of thousand, but I wont let up till he loses everything or starts picking up the soap at long bay.

Grot,

I'm not from Newcastle and can't find Geoff Wilsons column on the net, can you fill me in with some details.
